SHAPE WOMEN’S HALF- MARATHON COURSE STRATEGY WITH NYRR COACHING

Running the SHAPE Women’s Half-Marathon? Get prepared and learn how to tackle the hills of Central Park with NYRR coaches. These coaches will provide strategies and tips to help you navigate the course like a pro and go for your personal best.
YOGA WITH DJ TIFF

Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Get lean and limber ahead of race day with this exclusive Live DJ Yoga for Runners Class. The 45 minutes class, taught by Lyons Den Power yoga instructor, Amanda Kimble, will be accompanied by a live DJ set courtesy of Tiff McFierce, Madison Square Garden’s first resident female DJ. Please bring your own matt, towel and water bottle.

What is Brave Body Project? It’s a 45 minute fast-paced, dynamic, full-body hybrid workout combining strength training & cardio. You’ll alternate moving as one to a beat-based rhythm of a curated playlist and then move through muscle sculpting sections set to your own pace and tempo.
