HOSTS: Natalie Morales of NBC’s TODAY, Erica Hill of NBC News, and Carolyn Manno of NBC Olympics WINNER: Caroline Lefrak of the New York Athletic Club crossed the finish line in 1:16:28; her NYAC teammate Allie Kieffer was the runner-up in 1:17:07.

2015

HOSTS: Natalie Morales and Erica Hill of NBC’s TODAY WINNER: U.S. Olympian Deena Kastor raced to a first-place finish for the third consecutive year, finishing in a time of 1:12:51. The mark fell shy of her own event record time of 1:11:38, which she set in 2014. But the victory follows a monumental year for Kastor, in which she shattered the world masters half-marathon record at the Philadelphia Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon in September, at the age of 41.

WINNER: Three-time U.S. Olympian Deena Kastor, 41, raced to a first place finish and shattered the previous course record time of 1:13:25 set in 2013, running a blazing 1:11:38, setting not only a new event record, but also a new U.S. Masters record

10thAnniversary HOST: Days of Our Lives and The Biggest Loser star Alison Sweeney and Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski co-hosted. Sweeney and Brzezinski both participated in the race for the first time and crossed the finish line within two hours before a cheering crowd of 16,000; Sweeney finished in 1:59:50 and Brzezinski finished in 1:49:19 WINNER: Three-time U.S. Olympian Deena Kastor, 40, cruised to the finish, breaking the standing event record and setting a new course record of 1:13:25.05 by mere tenths of a second

HOST: The View’s Elisabeth Hasselbeck
WINNER: Local running sensation Alemtsehay Misganaw, outran the course record of 1:14:40 and second-place finisher, three-time U.S. Olympian Jen Rhines, to finish in 1:13:25. Rhines, who led until mile 11, was not far behind at 1:14:05 (also beat the previous course record)

WINNER: First-place winner, Sheri Piers, 39, of Falmouth, ME completed the course in 1 hour, 17 minutes, and 27 seconds winning the inaugural “Meyerhoff” trophy named in honor of the race’s 2010 champion Sally Meyerhoff, who died in a cycling accident the month prior
  • Sally’s sister, Samantha Meyerhoff, 21, ran the race in honor of her sister, and finished in fourth place at 1:26:30
